The Office of the Medical Center Chief establishes the hospital's overall direction for delivering high-quality health services. This office oversees the operations of all other departments by developing policies, plans, programs, and strategies that align with the health facility's objectives. 

General Function – Manages, supervises, and coordinates the clinical and ancillary departments to develop and implement integrated diagnostic and therapeutic programs, ensuring the most efficient patient service and treatment. 

The Allied Health Professional Service (AHPS) comprises various professional departments focused on preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions. These professionals work in multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care and improve outcomes. The service includes diverse health professionals with varied backgrounds, typically requiring advanced education, extensive training, and ongoing development. 

The Nursing Service (NS) is crucial to the hospital, comprising the largest staff group responsible for safe, quality care. Nurses perform assessments, diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. They provide care across all major hospital services, ensuring patient safety and quality. NS ensures all units, including critical care and specialty areas, are staffed by qualified nurses, aiming for optimal patient care and safety. 

Each hospital level needs specific administrative support for effective and efficient operations. The Hospital Operations Support Service (HOPSS) provides essential logistical support to various departments, ensuring quality healthcare delivery. HOPSS supports policy implementation, education, training, and staff development, and works to improve systems and procedures for delivering quality health services.
