What we do

We're working hard to create a plant-friendly campus environment where students can easily find delicious and nutritious vegan meals.

為什麼要這麼做?

氣候異常一年比一年明顯,在乾旱、洪水、新型傳染病等許多挑戰紛至沓來的不安環境下,我們應該如何規劃未來?

我們從每天必要的【飲食】著手,除了照顧好自己的身、心、靈,也能為環境盡一份心力,進一步掌握自己的未來!

Why Are We Doing This?

With climate change becoming increasingly evident each year and various challenges such as droughts, floods, and new infectious diseases looming over our environment, how should we plan for the future? We start with our daily necessity—diet. By taking care of our body, mind, and spirit while also contributing to the environment, we can take a proactive approach to shaping our future!

我們希望能台灣能發展出Vegan友善的校園,讓師生們,能夠在每一餐選擇食物時,都能落實為自己為環境、為動物的目標~

Campus Green Living 計畫

涵蓋以下SDG目標

SDG 3.4: 於2030年,透過預防、提早治療以及身心健康的促進,減少1/3因「非傳染性疾病」而早逝的人口。

By 2030, reduce by one third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being.

SDG 12.8: 於2030年,人與自然和諧共生的資訊,以及永續發展的意識都能在各個地點,清楚地傳達給民眾。

By 2030, ensure that people everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature.

SDG 13.3: 透過意識的提倡、教育的提升以及各部門的訓練,加強人類提早偵測災難的能力,減少氣候變遷帶來的衝擊,增進環境的適應力,以及減緩氣候變遷。

Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning.
