This podcast* features Los Baños-based culture and arts workers and managers who have played vital roles in the development of culture and arts in Los Baños.

The series of conversations revolve around various creative organizations, their history, mission-vision, values, and their roles in the creative sector/field. In each episode, the featured cultural workers and arts managers discuss major challenges encountered in the field, share their practices and artistic processes formed within several arts-centered collaborations and networks, as well as articulate their aspirations for the arts & culture community.

Through these conversations, we aim to foster understanding and appreciation of culture and arts management in the context of Los Baños. By highlighting the local histories, oral testimonies, and in-depth account of first-hand experiences, this podcast offers a documentation of arts management knowledge and practices from a local perspective.
