Registering your family for camp, notes where you will be staying and if you plan to eat meals at camp.
There are two waivers that need to be completed: A physical form from Camp Jones Gulch and an online form in Blackbaud for Live Oak.
Volunteer for a variety of activities with your child's class or to support camp in general!
Key things to do now
Register for Camp - Completing the registration provides the school with your contact info while you are at camp, notes if you plan to stay at Memorial Park, and allows you to choose a meal plan to eat at camp.
Complete the Two Waivers needed for Camp - There is a physical waiver that needs to be downloaded, completed and turned into the front desk as well as an Live Oak waiver that is in your Blackbaud portal. The waivers allow your child to participate in activities.
Volunteer! -- Volunteer to help! Particular areas of need are cabin overnight, morning shift to relieve overnight parents, or take the kids to Polar Bear swim and morning activities as well as many other areas to help! It is a great way to bond with your child and their friends.
