អង្គការសកម្មភាពដើម្បីសុខុមាលភាពស្ត្រីកម្ពុជា (KWWA) ដំបូងឡើងមានឈ្មោះ "សមាគមន៍សុខុមាលភាពស្ត្រីខេត្តក្រចេះ" ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ នៅភូមិស្រីសណ្តាប់ សង្កាត់អូរឫស្សី ក្រុងក្រចេះ ខេត្តក្រចេះ។ 

KWWA បានចុះឈ្មោះជាផ្លូវការជាមួយទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី (CoM) នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៤ និងជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនៅថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០០៣។ ឈ្មោះរបស់អង្គការត្រូវបានប្តូរទៅជា អង្គការសកម្មភាពដើម្បីសុខុមាលភាពស្ត្រីកម្ពុជា (KWWA) ហើយចុះបញ្ជីជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ (MoI) នៅថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០០៧។

KWWA គឺជាអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុកមួយ មិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ និងមិនជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយគណបក្សនយោបាយណាមួយឡើយ។ អង្គការនេះបាននឹងកំពុងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងសកម្មនូវកម្មវិធីមួយដែលមានចំណងជើងថា "សមាហរណកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សហគមន៍នៅក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅ" សម្រាប់ការកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្ររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ហើយបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ ចាប់តាំងពីការចាប់ផ្តើមរបស់ខ្លួននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ក្នុងការបង្កើនសមត្ថភាព និងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជីវិតរបស់ស្ត្រី និងកុមារក្នុងខេត្តក្រចេះ។

KWWA បានអនុវត្តដោយជោគជ័យនូវគម្រោងជាច្រើន ដូចជា ការបង្ការ និងថែទាំមេរោគ/ជំងឺអេដស៍ (HIV/AIDS) ការទទួលបានឱកាសស្មើៗគ្នា ការបង្កើតប្រាក់ចំណូល ការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ការគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ សន្តិសុខស្បៀង យេនឌ័រ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមូលដ្ឋាន។ សមាជិកសហគមន៍គោលដៅ ទាំងបុរស និងស្ត្រី បានកែលម្អជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ពួកគេ ពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងសិទ្ធិរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងទទួលបានសេវាថែទាំសុខភាព និងអប់រំសមស្រប។

ទស្សនៈវិស័យ 

KWWA ចង់ឃើញសង្គមកម្ពុជាមួយដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាពិសេសស្រ្តី និងកុមារ មានការរស់នៅ ក្នុង សន្តិភាព សេរីភាព សុខុមាលភាព និងភាពសំបូររុងរឿង។

បេសកកម្ម

KWWA ធ្វើការក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្ថាប័នអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល បណ្តាញស្រ្តី ដើម្បីឆ្លើយ តបនៅតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាពិសេសស្រ្តី និងកុមារដែលងាយរងគ្រោះបំផុត ក្នុងការប្រឹងប្រែង ផ្លាស់ប្តូឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រូសារ ការថែទាំសុខុមាលភាព ការអភិរក្សបរិស្ថាន ការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ។

គោលដៅ   

KWWA ចូលរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា អនុវត្តនូវផែនការជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត សំដៅកាត់បន្ថយ ភាពក្រីក្រ លប់បំបាត់រាល់ទម្រង់នៃភាពរើសអើងចំពោះស្រ្តី ដែលជាឧបសគ្គបង្ករ អោយមានផលប៉ះពាល់ ដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម សហគមន៍ និងគ្រួសារ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងនូវសមភាព យេនឌ័រ ការអប់រំ ការថែរក្សាសុខុមាលភាព ទប់ស្កាត់ការរីករាលដាលនៃមេរោគអេដស៏ ការបង្ការ គ្រោះភ័យនៃគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ បរិស្ថានការងារបន្ស៉ាំការបំរែបំរួលអាកាសធាតុ និងពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អនៅ​មូលដ្ឋាន។

យុទ្ឋសាស្រ្ត

១.​ រួមចំណែកធ្វើឲ្យប្រសើរឡើង នូវការឆ្លើយតបនឹងមេរោគអេដស៏ ដោយឆ្ពោះទៅរកការលុបបំបាត់ការឆ្លងថ្មីនៃមេរោគអេដស៏នៅកម្ពុជា ស្រប​តាម​ផែន​ការ​យុទ្ឋសាស្រ្ត​ជាតិ និងក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល។

២. បង្កើនឱកាសស្មើគ្នារវាងបុរស ស្រ្តី ក្នុងការទទួលបាននូវការអប់រំ ការការពារផ្លូវច្បាប់ វិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នយោបាយ​ មានតួនាទីក្នុងការធ្វើសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្ត រាល់សកម្មភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៏ និងកិច្ចការសង្គម។

៣. លើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ វិស័យកសិកម្ម ធានាសន្តិសុខស្បៀង តាមរយៈ ការបង្កើនផលិតភាពពិពិធកសិកម្ម និងបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូល តាមរយៈការចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូល។

៤. លើកកម្ពស់អភិបាល​កិច្ចល្អ​នៅ​​​ថ្នាក់មូល​ដ្ឋាន ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកការពារធនធានធម្មជាតិ កាត់បន្ថយផលប៉ះពាល់​នៃបំរែបំរួល​​​​​​​អាកាស​ធាតុ ។

The Khmer Women’s Welfare Action Organization (KWWA), initially named “Kratie Women’s Welfare Association,” was founded on June 4, 1993, in Srey Sandab Village, Ou Ruessey Commune, Kratié City, Kratié Province.

KWWA was officially registered with the Council of Ministers (CoM) on January 19, 1994, and with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) on February 14, 2003. The organization’s name was changed to the Khmer Women's Welfare Action Organization (KWWA) and registered with the MoI on November 7, 2007.

KWWA is a local, non-profit, non-political non-governmental organization. It has been actively implementing a program titled “Integrated Community Development in Target Areas” for poverty reduction, in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s poverty reduction strategy, and has played a vital role since its inception in 1993 in capacity building and improving the quality of life for women and children in Kratié province.

KWWA has successfully implemented several projects, such as HIV/AIDS prevention and care, equal access to opportunities, income generation, disaster risk reduction/management, food security, gender and development, and grassroots capacity building. Target community members, both men and women, have improved their livelihoods, strengthened their roles and rights in development, and gained access to appropriate health and education services.

KWWA works in partnership with the government, civil society organizations, and women's networks to respond to the essential needs of the populace, especially the most vulnerable women and children, in an effort to bring about effective change in family economic development, welfare care, environmental conservation, respect for human rights, and good governance.

🥅 Goal

KWWA contributes to the Royal Government of Cambodia’s strategic plan aimed at reducing poverty and eliminating all forms of discrimination against women that negatively impact the socio-economic status of communities and families. This is achieved through strengthening gender equality, education, welfare care, preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS, disaster risk prevention, environmental adaptation to climate change, and strengthening good governance at the local level.

🗺️ Strategy

1. Contribute to improving the HIV/AIDS response towards eliminating new HIV infections in Cambodia, in line with the National Strategic Plan and the Ministry of Health.

2. Increase equal opportunities between men and women in access to education, legal protection, economic and political sectors, and in decision-making roles for all development activities and social affairs.

3. Promote agricultural development and ensure food security by increasing agricultural productivity diversification and increasing income through animal raising.

4. Promote good governance at the local level to contribute to the protection of natural resources and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
