The 2026 Speech Contest was an amazing success with increase participation a wide range of speeches. With special judges, Marcus McCormic (former student), Mr. Rowe (former English teacher), and Mr. Cowl (principal) the students had fun competing for the prizes. While some students wore costumes and presented comical speeches about "Who's on First?" or "The REAL Truth About the Space Landing," others chose more dramatic speeches such as "Annabelle Lee." The infamous "Teacher Roast 2.0" was a crowd favorite which had both students and teachers laughing hard. Led by Ascha Nielsen and MC by Jacob Adams, the event created a cheerful atmosphere heading into Spring Testing.
