Welcome to the Spring 2017 Callboard! 

In this edition, we're bringing you all the latest information as you plan for Animas Rails 2017 - which is now just about a month away - and should be a beautiful time to gather in southwestern Colorado! Gary Myers, Convention Chair, has also provided all the final info for those of you entering the convention's Model Contest, too.

Since I'm assuming many convention attendees may have a camera of some sort with them, please feel free to send any pics or videos to us here at the Callboard, so we can share with all the Region members.

We also hope to debut in the next edition 'In The Train Room' - the Callboard's own version of Pinterest/YouTube/Instagram/etc.  It's so easy these days to take out our smartphones or cameras and wander around our layouts, take a peek at our workbenches, or show off a favorite railfan site, that we'd like to invite you to share YOUR favorites in photos or videos with Callboard readers.
