Job Posting: Able to create an attractive job posting that is designed to convey important job-related information from a job description in a clear and concise way.
Job Application Forms: Able to identify and remedy inappropriate and illegal inquiries on job application forms.
Selection Methods: Able to identify a position’s requirements and the appropriate selection method for each one. Able to identify criteria that can be evaluated via the applications resume or application and create a system for evaluating said criteria.
Screening Resumes: Able to identify qualified candidates through a system of evaluating specific criteria from their resume.
Interview Questions: Able to create biographical, behavioral, and situational interview questions that are designed to evaluate specific job specifications.
Interview Applicants: Able to interview candidates in a manner that is professional, puts applicants at ease while eliciting the most information possible.
Offer Letter: Able to write a job offer letter that contains the appropriate balance of information, legality, and personality.
