This website serves as an ePortfolio for my HR Strategy courses at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These courses are MGT-171 and MGT-179. Between the two, I have covered a number of HR topics including: talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, safety and workers' compensation, and labor relations.
On each unit page, you find a brief summary about that unit, a list of skills I acquired as a result of that unit, and a list of selected assignments that demonstrate those skills. You can navigate this website easily by using the navigation menu or by clicking the hyperlinks.

I am a recent graduate of Cornell College with a Bachelor's of Art in Art History and a Bachelor's of Art in Sociology and Anthropology. I am also working towards my Human Resources Certificate at Kirkwood Community College.
I am eager to begin building my career. I hope to find employment in the field of Human Resources. You can find my resumes here.
