Welcome to another exciting year with the California Association of Educational Office Professionals! This year is particularly special as we celebrate our 75th anniversary—a noteworthy milestone that reflects our long-standing commitment to excellence in educational administration.

For three-quarters of a century, CAEOP has been a vital organization where we share knowledge, resources, and experiences that empower us in our roles. Our members are the backbone of our schools, working tirelessly to ensure that educational environments run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions have made a profound impact on the lives of students, educators, and families throughout California.

As we celebrate this milestone, I am thrilled to announce our conference theme for the year: “Grow, Inspire, and Lead with Love.” This theme embodies our collective mission to nurture professional growth, inspire one another, and lead with compassion in all we do. We have an array of exciting opportunities lined up for the 2025 Conference, designed to enhance your skills and expand your professional network. I encourage each of you to participate actively, share your insights, and support one another. Together, we can foster a collaborative spirit that uplifts our profession and strengthens our impact in education.

As we reflect on our rich history, let us also embrace the values of professionalism, integrity, and continuous growth that define CAEOP. I am excited about the possibilities ahead and look forward to working with each of you to make this year our best yet.
