Sky Forward is CAAM's five (5)-year transformation plan which will run from 2024 to 2028. It consists of 30 Strategic Initiatives and 21 Human Capital Strategic Initiatives.
The structure of this project encompasses four (4) main workstreams which are managed by Project Management.
This project covers four (4) main objectives which focus on strengthening the foundations of CAAM as an organisation.
To develop CAAM’s strategic direction for the next 5 years (2024 – 2028).
To increase CAAM workforce's capability and improve Human Capital service delivery through comprehensive human capital framework.
To strengthen CAAM’s financial policies, processes and procedures by adopting industry-recognized reporting standards.
To carry out assessments on the current CAAM organisational culture and recommend on interventions needed to achieve transformative culture.
