On 15 May 2025, CAAM organized the Empowering Change: A Day with Change Agent Network CAAM program at the KBS Multipurpose Hall, CAAM Headquarters. The program brought together more than 40 change agents from various divisions to strengthen understanding and awareness of their roles in supporting CAAM’s transformation plan. Key highlights included explanations on the functions and structure of change agents, as well as how they can contribute towards achieving the organization’s strategic goals. The program also introduced the newly developed change agent platform, equipped with features such as toolkits and an interactive Q&A space, serving as both a support medium and a knowledge-sharing hub among members.

In the afternoon, participants attended a briefing by Ms. Hazlina Hussein from HumanCapient Consulting Sdn. Bhd. She shared insights and experiences on the role of a change agent, including the qualities and best practices that can be applied to become an effective change agent within an organization. This session not only inspired participants but also strengthened their capacity to act as drivers of change at CAAM. Overall, the program successfully achieved its objectives of enhancing understanding, building a support network, and empowering change agents in advancing CAAM’s transformation aspirations.

The CEO's Engagement Session with the Change Agent Network Bil.1/2025 was successfully held on 10 April 2025 at the KLATCC Auditorium, Sepang. A total of 65 participants attended the session, including 42 newly appointed Change Agents.

The session aimed to strengthen communication between leadership and the Change Agent Network, reinforce the organization's transformation agenda, and recognize the crucial role that Change Agents play in driving change initiatives. Dato' Captain Norazman Bin Mahmud, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) CAAM delivered a keynote address highlighting the organization's strategic direction, upcoming transformation programs, and expectations from the Change Agents in championing change at all levels.

During the session, new Change Agents were formally introduced and welcomed. An interactive dialogue session followed, where participants engaged directly with the CEO, raising questions, sharing feedback, and discussing ideas on how to improve the effectiveness of CAAM Change Agents across the organization.

The session concluded with a group photo session and a renewed commitment from all Change Agents to actively support the transformation journey.
