Did you know that you have access to LinkedIn training courses at no cost with your school login? There are so many trainings that can help you become a customer service specialist. During downtime, and with the permission of your team leader, you are welcome to take customer service training listed below.
On your own time, outside of working hours, we encourage you to search the training courses. You can use these and other training courses to gain more useful and profitable skills.
