Welcome to your onboarding training! We are excited to welcome you to the Bloom General Support Team. Bloom services BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through their partnership. 

There are several parts to this Onboarding material. Please be aware that some parts may take more time than others. This Onboarding Training will teach you about BYU-Pathway Worldwide, the purpose of Support, ticketing, and more. 

Throughout Onboarding Training, you will be required to submit quizzes and self-reflection prompts to show your progress.
