Byram Hills High School offers their own judge training to give parents many opportunities to become proficient in judging. It is mandatory that all parents attend a judge training before judging at a tournament.
Judge training for the school year will be announced in the Fall.
It is important for parents to understand that most events in this activity are designed to be understood by the layperson and challenge the student to adapt to his/her listener. A parent only needs minimal training in order to judge at local tournaments.
