General information for registration
There is no registration fee for this meeting (only 5€ to cover food and beverages), but the number of participants is limited. Assure your spot doing your registration as soon as possible.
Registration includes:
- Access to the scientific sessions
- Access to social activities
- Lunch and coffee during breaks
- Certificate of attendance
- Free entrance to Museu Blau to visit exhibitions
IMPORTANT: Workshops registration will be done ON SITE on a first come-first served basis
Call for abstracts (May 15th 2018) -- EXTENDED UNTIL May 31st 2018
Participants are invited to submit their abstracts, a number of which will be selected for short talks and poster presentations. All communications must be in English. Abstracts should include a title, authors, affiliations and summary (max 250 words). The decision of the Scientific Committee will be notified by email to the presenting author in advance before the meeting including the details for poster presentation or short talk.
Call for travel grants (May 15th 2018)
We offer a limited number of Travel Grant for early career scientists to attend BYNS. The support will help to pay travel expenses and accommodation during the meeting. It will be paid after the presentation of travel and accommodation bills. Travel grants are supported by The Company of Biologists, IBRO and SENC.
