Before you start reporting an issue about the panel, or think you've encountered an issue that is related to the panel, please always comply with the following:
Only report issues through our official bug report form accessible via the panel button or via info@bwvision.com. Don't report issues related to the panel through our website contact form as that is not meant for reporting issues. All emails from our website contact form will end in our spam folder. Sometimes I see them, most times they will be removed automatically.
Always include the following in your issue description:
The operating system: Windows or Mac OS plus OS version
The PS CC version
A clear step-by-step description of what you did prior to the issue
A clear description of the issue
Screenshots are important: please always include a screenshot of your PS screen that includes the Artisan Panel with image area and also include the layers clearly visible. Also include the channels tab with all channels visible.
Ensure that you can reproduce the issue yourself. If you can't, it means that I most likely can't reproduce it either. Also, it will decrease the possibility that it's a user error. Perhaps you forgot to close off a step by clicking on Apply or Cancel for some presets. If you do, then sometimes it can result in an error depending on what you did after forgetting that step.
Also good to keep in mind: Adobe has the tendency to roll out new releases very quickly with as a consequence a buggy version. It can affect the panel.
All the above is not meant to prevent you from reporting an issue, it is meant to get clear what is happening so I can help you effectively. Without complying with the above I can only guess. I will then ask you for the information above before I can respond to you in a useful way. It saves time for you and me.
