COVID Statement
As a reunion planning committee, we are sensitive to the fact that we are planning a reunion during a pandemic. The reunion committee has decided to move forward with the reunion, and we expect that it's going to be a great experience! However, we acknowledge our uncertainty about the future of the pandemic. If the reunion must be postponed, we will notify those who have registered, and we expect to refund the costs we are able to.
In order to keep the reunion going smoothly, please plan to follow all venue and location-specific COVID regulations during the reunion. We will visit various sites that could require measures such as masking or social distancing. We are guests in these communities, and we ask that you come prepared to comply with those requirements.
We do not intend to verify participants' immunity status to COVID-19. We do ask that people who become ill or COVID-positive not attend the reunion. Further, we ask that each participant weigh the risks individually, perhaps prayerfully. Although we would gladly refund your reunion fees if you are unable to join us, our expenses are paid in advance, so we unfortunately won't be able to give refunds.
Finally, please consider purchasing trip cancelation/interruption insurance in case you are unable to attend or if we must postpone the reunion.
