Accommodations

You are responsible for reserving and paying for your own accommodations. Our reunion is at the end of the busy pageant season in Nauvoo, when accommodations in the area sell out completely as early as a year in advance. Reserve your lodging early!

Nauvoo Family Inn & Suites

Nauvoo Family Inn & Suites (NFIS) will be our “home base” for the reunion and will be the most convenient place to stay to get to and from all the reunion activities & events. You may purchase Daily Bus tickets for buses to shuttle you between NFIS and reunion activities. Please see the Reunion Transportation page for more details.

A large block of rooms is on hold for our reunion at Nauvoo Family Inn & Suites until April when they will be released to the public.

To make a reservation, call 217-453-6527 ext.101 and speak to Julie in Group Sales, or leave her a message and she will call you back. You can also email Julie at groupsales@nauvoofamilyinn.com. Julie is normally in the office 8am-2pm Central Time on weekdays. You will not be able to reserve rooms on their website or with the person at the front desk. Please use our group code BR0722 when making reservations to get our discounted rate.

There are two buildings at NFIS, the Main Hotel and the Manor House. Both include free WiFi. The Main Hotel building has both traditional hotel rooms for 2-6 people (includes housekeeping) and large family suites with full kitchens that sleep 4-11 people (no housekeeping, additional fee if you don’t clean it yourself). There are TVs in the rooms at the Main Hotel.

The Manor House is often used for youth groups, set up dorm-style with bunk rooms, plus a couple of 2 Double Bed rooms and Studio rooms. Please note, there are no TVs or elevators in the Manor House.

Visit their web page to see descriptions and pictures of the rooms in the Main Hotel before calling to make your reservations. NFI&S does not accurately show room availability for our dates on their website. There are many more room options available when you call.

They do not have interior pictures of the Manor House rooms posted. It’s easiest to see all the room types if you choose “List View” near the top of the page. Click “Select” to the right side of the room name that you want to see more details about. The room you selected will become the only one in the list and larger than before, showing you a more detailed description of the room and allowing you to see several photos of the room instead of just the one in the thumbnail.
