An Art and Artifact Exhibit will be hosted during the final banquet of the reunion. We welcome any kind of creative work or artifacts honoring our Bushman heritage from everyone at any age.

The exhibit will occur in a banquet hall. Bring your submissions to the banquet hall. Exhibit committee members will monitor the submissions throughout the evening until claimed by their respective owners after the event. Specifics including drop off and pick up times will be forthcoming.

There may be opportunity to have poetry or narrative readings and musical performances during the banquet. If you would like to submit this type of creative art, please plan to sample it with Delisa Bushman Hargrove, committee chair.

If you would like to contribute to the exhibit but will not be attending the reunion, we will happily help you make accommodations to get your items to and from the reunion.

Please let Delisa Hargrove know of your intent to include art or artifacts in the exhibit as soon as possible and at the latest by July 15th to ensure appropriate space, display method needed, and an information card to accompany your submission(s).
