This theory states that the events that surviv.io frequently goes through (50v50, Cobalt, Desert, etc.) are based off actual historical events in the island's history. This theory presumes that the events are are reminder of these time periods and a timeline of when the events lined up in history can also be produced. The main evidence behind this theory is that the statues in 50v50 can also be found in Desert Mode, possibly symbolizing what happened to the island after the Soviet Incursion.
This theory states that the island gives off electromagnetic waves. PARMA noticed these unique signature this and then moved in the island, built bunkers, and used the waves to create the red zone, because electromagnetic waves are dangerous to humans, and could be used to harm survivrs in turn. The main evidence to support this theory is that in the bunker orientation video, "unique ornithological properties" of the island are discussed, which may point the the electromagnetic waves, as birds use these magnetic forces to migrate. In addition, electromagnetic waves would create a blockage from different electromagnetic waves that satellites, like the ones used by Google Earth, use to find places on earth. The island can hide itself through the waves and therefore we can't find it on Google maps, which could explain why Justin confirmed that you can't find the island on a map.
This theory states that the Amenonuhoko, or "Ignazi's Great Lance," is directly responsible for the island's strange properties. The main evidence to support this theory is that in the Amenonuhoko video, it is stated that Kuga was most likely searching for the lance, hinting at the physical existence of the object. More evidence to support this theory is that in Japanese mythology, the Amenonuhoko was used to create land by the gods Izanagi and Izanami, which could indicate the "Super Natural" powers of the island.
This theory is largely similar to the Event Timeline Theory, but is not always in conjunction with it. This theory states that after the Soviet Incursion of 1993, the island went into a state of ruin, akin to a desert, due either or destruction, or something that the Soviets did. This theory is supported by the remnants of the bridge present in 50v50 and the ruined leader statues, with the leader's weapons beneath.
This theory states that the cause of the Soviet Incursion was that the Soviets wanted the COBALT project that PARMA created. This theory is mainly supported by log 13, "Project COBALT was the culmination of all our research on the Island. 9 years that felt like 90. But we did it. That's all you need to know, comrade. The process. It works." It can be noted that the speaker had a russian accent and is speaking to a "comrade," probably making him a Soviet. This could then show that the Soviets had wanted COBALT for years and waited for PARMA to finish the project, then attacked the island in the Incursion, in order to secure the project. More evidence to support this theory is that by the Soviet Incursion (1993), the Soviet Union had disbanded, and the Soviet group that worked with PARMA would have wanted the technology of COBALT to start a new soviet army.
This theory states that The Mansion owned by Nevelskoy has no second floor at all. This is supported by the location of the destroyed stairs of the mansion next to a top-down view of a glass display. The theory states that if, theoretically, a second floor was to be real, the player would be able to view it from the first floor due to the glass, which the player cannot do. This theory does not state why The Mansion would have a set of stairs leading to nothing.
This theory states that the Woods King is the first in a new branch of survivrs created by PARMA to be able to fight better in order to improve the battle royale. This theory is supported by the new abilities the wood king possesses which are consistent across many different game modes.
This theory states that Nevelskoy, the owner of the Mansion and an arms dealer, was not present at the island during the Soviet Incursion. The evidence to support this theory is that the suit found on the floor of the mansion, most commonly thought of representing Nevelskoy, is replaced in each iteration of the game mode 50v50, which might symbolize the fact that he was not present on the island during the original 1993 Soviet Incursion.
This is one of the most common theories, even though it doesn't have much speculation. This theory states that the Police Station once held a prisoner who escaped, as evidenced by the explosive hole in the side of the prison. This theory does not state who the prisoner is, or who busted them out.
This theory states that "The Simulation" referred to in the Crossing Orientation video is COBALT mode. The main evidence to support this theory is that the trees, rocks, and bushes are synthetic in COBALT mode, which could point to COBALT being the simulation, while the other game modes are not. Another piece of evidence to note is that in the Crossing Orientation video, the video itself is shown to be watched by a duo, which could allude to "The Twins," the bunker responsible for COBALT.
This theory states that Dr. Richards tried to shoot Tallow, or one of the other doctors, inside The Eye. The evidence to support this theory is that in log 2 it can heard that Dr. Tallow tried to stop Richards from doing something with a gun, which can then be heard firing nonetheless. This theory states then that this is because Richards was trying to kill either Tallow or another Doctor, and Tallow stopped him just in time. This theory does not state why Richards would want to kill someone, but it is important to note that The Eye is rumored to have a demonic presence.
This theory is largely like the neighboring theory, except that it states that instead of trying to kill someone, Dr. Richards was trying to shoot himself. This evidenced behind this theory is that in log 2, Dr. Tallow attempts to stop Richards from using a gun, which is fired anyway, which could explain why Tallow immediately tried to stop Richards, as death of a colleague in The Eye could be dangerous. It is to be noted that Richards died inside the Egg Bunker, which could mean that Tallow successfully stopped Richards.
This theory states that the XP Artifact, "Bone of Gordon" is in reference to Walter Gordon, one of the founders of the Klein-Gordon Equation. The evidence behind this theory is that all the 24 xp artifacts are all related, and the Klein-Gordon theory is related to electromagnetism. Additional evidence is that the Klein-Gordon equation is used to describe relativistic electrons, which could not be researched until the equation was found. The theory states that using this equation, PARMA could observe and possibly weaponize the particles that could used in an EMF red zone.
This theory states that the XP Artifact, "Lenz's Spectacles," refers to Heinrich Friedrich Emil Lenz. The main evidence to support this theory is that all of the 24 xp artifacts are related to another, and Lenz did much work on electromagnetic fields, which could correlate him to the artifact. Lenz's law states that in making of an emf, the emf creates another magnetic field that resists it, in equal, making the emf stable and not able to move without the other field moving. This theory could explain how PARMA controls the red zone, if the red zone is a large EMF.
This theory states that the eye entity is related to an aspect of Japanese Mythology. This theory is supported by the stump code for the Eye Bunker during Halloween. The three stumps that opened the Bunker had symbols of three Japanese gods, the same Gods that are listed in Log 7. This theory states that because of the shown connection of the gods and the eye, that they are related in their powers.
This theory states that the metal warehouses on the map were built by the Soviets. This theory is supported by the spawning of Soviet Crates inside of the warehouses, which could point to the warehouses being once constructed by the Soviets, when they had the island.
