Seemingly overviews management of PARMA ventures. Has approved the building of Bunker 3, The Hydra. Acronym Unknown.

PARMA Department of Advanced Weaponry

Tests, obtains, and stores advanced weapons. Based in Hatchet. Known weapons tested include the Vector SMG (prototype variant with high fire rate), M249, and USAS-12 (tested with FRAG-12 shotgun shells). It seems that they also test and store weapons such as the HK416, M1918 BAR, and MP220.

PARMA FSTMS DIVISION

PARMA's food science, terraformation, and molecular synthesis divisions all combined into a complete division. Notable advancements this branch has made is the potatoes that can produce weapons in potato mode.

R&D

Almost certainly the Research and Development branch of PARMA. Responsible for the Event Rotation. Has done research into AI and Robotics, most notably producing the AI Pinatas.
