Supplied PARMA with both financial and scientific aid. Assisted PARMA in its goal to develop metabolic augmentation techniques. Supplied PARMA with cryostasis chambers and subsystems found in Hydra.

The Eye Faction

Very lucrative group that is relatively unknown. Presumably the logo for the Eye Faction is the eye featured in the Crimson Ring’s pool. Dmitri is the only known member.

Kuga Heavy Industries (KHI)

Contractor, works with PARMA and has been hired to complete bunkers for them. Led by individual "Kuga." Has hidden objective, seemly to control the island’s mysterious powers. Notably was hired to build the chrysanthemum bunker for PARMA as a stated “proof of concept," apparently for the Crossing Bunker.

Nevelskoy Group

One of PARMA's financial funders, their name appears in the orientation video. Most likely started by the Nevelskoy family.

OKAMI

A group responsible for creating the candy perks during Halloween mode. Connected to PARMA, and presumably based out of the Candy Store.
