About us
The 4-H Horse Project is a program for young people who are interested in caring for and working with horses. The project is designed to promote personal growth and development through hands-on learning experiences with horses. Participants learn about horse health and nutrition, anatomy and physiology, and riding and training techniques. They also develop leadership skills, as they work with their peers and adult volunteers to plan and carry out horse-related activities and events. The project culminates in a horse show or other public demonstration, where participants can showcase their skills and knowledge. Overall, the 4-H Horse Project is a great way for young people to learn about horses and develop important life skills in a fun and engaging way.
