Rip-B-Circuit
Take 4: Back after a few sick days. Mosquito attack.
SPEED 2.0
Outdoor Version: the second half of a double day, just trying to go the distance this time.
STRETCH
Notes: It's interesting how the banana now feels like my own skin, it's not like the stupid masks that are annoying every single time at the store... I wonder why I adjusted so easily to the banana and so poorly to the masks. My husband has to wear a mask at the gym to exercise, I could possibly wear one for solidarity, but I wonder if I'll be able to breathe well? He isn't asthmatic and I am... maybe.
CORE CARDIO
Bottom: No one stopped the workout the second time, was a bit tired after doing Speed 1.0 the same day, but that's life as a celebrity banana right?
UPPER BODY
Upper Body: My weights are only 4 lbs, I would like some 6 lbs or something, but there is slightly a shortage right now, so I'll just use what I have for now, sometimes I hold them extra to fatigue my arms with them, what I do like is that my back and shoulders get a work out from things I wouldn't do with heavier weights for my arms, so in the end I like it.
DYNAMIC CORE
Notes: Felt kind of sick and off balance, but I was told sick from the gut down rest, sick from the neck up keep going and I didn't feel the need to rest, so I didn't, not my best day, yet when you push yourself to do your best (within reason) that really defines you as a person, doesn't it?
