REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

The conference fee this year begins at £150 for early bird registration (now closed). The deadline for standard registration is the 20th of August 2023 (also now closed), and late registration will be available until the 27th of August 2023 (also now closed). Full details are below. 

To attend BSP events, speakers and delegates need to be members of the British Society for Phenomenology. If you are not already a member, membership (full and discounted, £40 and £20 respectively) will be added to the conference fee. When you become a member, you receive access to the Journal of the British Society for Phenomenology online for one year. JBSP Online publishes around 25 new research articles a year, and membership includes access to 50+ years of the JBSP. You can become a member at any time, for more information please visit our membership page.

Further information:

> The registration fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch (vegetarian and vegan options), as well as Wi-Fi access. 

> The registration does not include accommodation and travel.

> There will be a conference meal on the evening of day 2 of the conference. This is optional and can be paid for during the registration process. It is not available during late registration.

Further information for attendees who would like receipts

> Once you have paid for the event you'll receive a Paypal receipt. If you need a more detailed receipt please get in contact and we are happy to send you one with a full breakdown of the payment.

Further information for attendees who may need a letter for a visa

> All speakers have been through an anonymised peer review process during abstract submission and have been selected to present at the conference on the strength of their proposals. Accordingly, we will supply visa letters for in-person speakers at Manchester upon request. 

> It may be that prospective delegates intending to attend Manchester in person will need a visa letter from the event organisers. We are happy to provide these.... read on for more information...
