FORMAT

The conference is in an in-person format both for presenters and attendees. 

The conference takes place over three days and is organised into themed panels across a double track (taking place in rooms 3.12 and 3.13).

Each speaker slot will last 45 minutes, which includes both presentation time and the Q&A. 

Keynote presentations will be around 45 minutes, with additional time after for Q&As, and will be across all tracks (taking place in room GF.11).

Speakers and keynotes can - at their discretion - have the audio of their papers recorded to be considered for future release as part of the BSP Podcast.
