According to research, when we play to our strengths, we're happier, more engaged, and more likely to succeed. The individuals, teams, groups, and organizations you collaborate with also gain from this. Groups and teams connections are stronger, and individuals produce greater outcomes, when each person is aware of and utilizes their own abilities.

Thinker
After finishing the "Strengths Test," I thought the most of the data was accurate. I have always guided and taught my coworkers, and since taking over as operation manager, I have witnessed my talents flourish. Being a Catalyst and a Strategist would be the top skills required for success as an Ops Manager, followed by Coach. Thinker would be a characteristic, taking a step back to assess the circumstances at hand. Empathizer comes from my compassion for others. My desire to serve the community and individuals led me to become a volunteer EMT. I would either stay in operations or switch to project management if I were considering leaving my current job to take on a new position. My catalyst, strategist, and thinking qualities would be my initial areas of emphasis. Excellent at generating momentum in stale workplaces and taking the wider picture into consideration. The next profession would be coach, which involves identifying people's potential and fostering their progress. Every employee has something to offer and has the potential to grow.
