Some of the file sizes for pictures and videos are much larger than others and will take a while to load. If it is taking too long to load, you can download the files by following these steps:

To view and download documents and videos on a mobile device you will need to have the free Google Drive app installed. When you tap a link or video the app will automatically open and display the file.

• To download documents:

  • tap the three dots in the top right corner

  • scroll down to "Open in"

  • wait for the file to be prepared to export

  • choose the app you want to export the file to (generally the free Kindle app or iBooks is used, so you will have to have the appropriate app already installed on your device)

• To save documents and videos to Drive:

  • tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen

  • scroll down to "Add shortcut to Drive"

  • the file will then be available in your drive for you to access, make available offline, and download to other devices.
