Complete Rental Agreement.
Complete your agreement then click on the payment button to place your deposit.

Pay Your Deposit.
Deposit must be placed prior to our confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours for review and approval.

Pay Rental Fee.
Once your request is confirmed, via email, your rental fee payment is due 14 days prior to your rental. A $50 Rush Fee will be added to bookings within 14 days of an event. Once the doors close, on your chosen event date, payout to the Owner is due in full.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit due at the time of booking to hold your date(s). Includes:
Holding Fee, which is a non-refundable portion of the deposit that will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts.
Cleaning Fee is included in your deposit and is a non-refundable portion of the deposit that will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts. Owner may request additional fees for not restoring the property to its originial state and actual Minor Damages done to the property by the Renter or his/her associates.
Extreme damage may require additional fees to be added. Owner may add any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the venue by Renter and/or Renter’s associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever who enters the venue or grounds during the rental period, whether or not such persons did so with Renter’s knowledge or consent. Additional fees may be warranted in cases of property vandalism or destruction, object /excess trash removal, paint removed during Renter cleaning/decorating, décor removal, floor/grounds damage, technology fixes (breaking of tv, sound systems, light, heating/air fixtures, projector, etc).
Rush Fee is non-refundable accommodation fee will be added to the balance of requests that arrive within 14 days of the rental.
Add-ons are additional services or products that are available for events. Prices vary.
Venue Rental Fee is nonrefundable. Due 14 days prior to event date. Includes 10x6FT tables and 50 chairs for up to 7 hours. Venue is available at 8am-3pm or 5pm-12am. If additional time is needed, an additional fee of $50/hour can be purchased. All events must end by 1:00 am in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 2:00am. Requests Declined/Cancelled
All fees paid are non-refundable if event is cancelled or contract is terminated by the Renter.
Owner reserves the right to be selective. If requests are declined, any fees paid to Owner by Renter will be reimbursed in full.
