Fees, Terms and Conditions
$50
(Required for indoor and outdoor space rentals. Not applicable to full venue rentals. 10x10 Booth Space (includes 6ft table, 1 plastic table covering, 2 chairs, 1 ad/flyer with vendor logo and or contact details.)
$25 Deposit/Holding Fee, is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking.
$25 Vendor Fee is a non-refundable portion of the overall fee which covers the space and lot expenses. Extreme damage to property may require additional fees to be added.
Remaining balance due three (3) days prior to the commencement of the rental period. All fees are due once your registration is confirmed for any bookings made within three (3) days of event. Fees are non-refundable.

$125 Half Day Rental (5 hours)

$250 Full Day Rental (10 hours)
Exclusive Access to Full Lot for Food Truck/ Grills, Venue Access for guests
$50 Deposit/Holding Fee, is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking.
$200 Vendor Fee is a non-refundable portion of the overall fee which covers the space and lot expenses, access to the venue for restrooms and bar (bar items priced per item & open to patrons). Extreme damage to property may require additional fees to be added.
Remaining balance due three (3) days prior to the commencement of the rental period. All fees are due once your registration is confirmed for any bookings made within three (3) days of event. Fees are non-refundable.

Insurance:
Most events require insurance. If notified, during the confirmation email that your event requires insurance, you may elect to purchase event insurance, personally, or you will be charged an additional $100 dollars from Brooklyn's Event Center for coverage. A copy of the insurance policy will be required prior to the day of your booked event.
