Promoters, we invite you to host your concerts, conventions, workshops, and other special events at Brooklyn's!
Payment is a flat fee and/or a percentage of the evenings bar and/or door sales. Percentages are directly related to how many people you are able to secure on your guest list and check-in at the venue.
We offer two different kinds of promotion packages:
Promote Your Own Event
(Whole Venue Promoters)
Fill an entire room after renting our venue. If you collect cash at the event or have pre registration for a fee, the venue is entitled to 20% of total sales plus the Base Rental Fee and cost of any add-ons.
You determine the crowd, the the music, the marketing and sometimes the staffing.
Promote at a Brooklyn's Event
(Individual Promoters)
Usually work with venue staff and are incorporated in upcoming events. Multiple promoters may be selected for the same event(s). In this case, the venue staff controls everything (most things) about the event. Promoters will be required to bring in a certain number of people for payout.
Failure to meet goals may result in a flat fee of an additional $300 or 90% of profits, whichever is higher.
