The Renter/Vendor/Promoter must designate an on-site representative who will be in contact with the Venue Management, as needed.
During the event, no amplified music may be played on the grounds or in the venue after 1:00 am, with respect to neighbors.
ID Check and Security Restrictions are in affect for all events.
The use of paint-stripping tape, wires, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment etc. may be reviewed for approved by venue before the event.
Should any form of payment be collected in the venue (bar sales, door sales, etc.) The owner will collect 20% of total sales. This will be considered a Whole Venue Promoter event. Use the link to view details. Online ticket sales not included (you keep those).
Alcohol may not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age in the state of Florida.
At any time, if the Venue Staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises.
Drugs and tobacco smoke are not permitted inside of the building during events. Designated smoking areas are available on the patio areas. Electric cigarettes/vapes are okay inside.
Hookah available for rent, courtesy of Constructive Critique, LLC. Hookah flavors are 100% nicotine and tobacco free.
Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised by an adult.
No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used as part of decor, indoors or outdoors.
No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by Owner or Venue Management.
All Events must end by 1:00 am in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 2:00am

Please list 'Brooklyn's Event Center' (our organization) on your paperwork.
Failure to obtain your own event insurance will result in the venue adding your event to their own insurance plan, requiring an additional fee of $100 to be added to your rental. You may take out a policy from any accredited private company or your homeowners insurance. Insurance coverage costs clients about $100-$175 for a one-day policy.
Proof of coverage forms should be emailed to CustomerServices@brooklynsevents.org prior to your event.

Surveillance will be onsite during all events.
