Services & Fees

Venue Fees:

$350 

Base Rental Fee will be charged for access to the venue. The full Deposit is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking. The Venue Rental Fee is due 14 days prior to your event. All fees are due once, your requested date is confirmed for any bookings within 14 days of event. An additional $50 Rush Fee (non-refundable accommodation fee) will be added to the balance of requests that arrive within 14 days of the rental. (Includes 10-6FT tables and 50 chairs for up to 7 hours) 

Promoter Fees:

$350 plus 20%-80% 

This is a great way to make extra cash! Percentage based on total sales (door and bevarage/ tobacco). Several options/tiers to choose from. See details. Booth Rental Fee: 

$50-$100 

For indoor and outdoor space rentals. Not applicable to full venue rentals. 10x10 Booth Space. Due three (3) days prior to the commencement of the rental period. All fees are due once your requested date is confirmed for any bookings within three (3) days of event. The full Deposit is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking. The Vendor's business type and size will be considered prior to providing a final price on the rental. Additional charges for actual minor or extreme damages done to the venue by the Renter or his/her associates. Click on the Venue tab to view venue rules.

Food Truck Rental Fee:

$100

Space for Food Truck/ Grills. Due three (3) days prior to the commencement of the rental period. All fees are due once your requested date is confirmed for any bookings within three (3) days of event. The full Deposit is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking. Insurance:

Most events require insurance. If notified, during the confirmation email that your event requires insurance, you may elect to purchase event insurance, personally, or you will be charged an additional $100 dollars from Brooklyn's Event Center for coverage. A copy of the insurance policy will be required prior to the day of your booked event.
