Experience the calming and balancing effects of Reiki energy healing.
Reiki is a gentle, hands‑on healing technique where the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. Healing energy flows through the practitioner’s hands into the client, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance — much like “jump‑starting” a low battery with a fully charged one.
This treatment is deeply relaxing, soothing, and restorative.
In a standard Reiki session:
Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client.
You may lie comfortably on a massage table, sit in a chair, or even stand — whatever feels best for you.
You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.
Hands are placed gently on or near the body in a series of positions, usually around the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet.
Each hand position is held for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on what your body needs.
A full treatment typically lasts 45 to 90 minutes.
Experiences vary from person to person, but most people feel:
Deep relaxation
Warmth or gentle tingling
A glowing, peaceful sensation
A sense of calm and emotional release
Lightness or floating
A feeling of being surrounded by soothing energy
Some clients drift into sleep, while others experience visions or a sense of expanded awareness. At the end of the session, people often feel refreshed, balanced, and more positive.
Reiki has been reported to support:
Headaches and stomach aches
Stress, tension, and anxiety
Emotional overwhelm
Sleep difficulties
Low energy
Minor injuries
Side effects of medical treatments
Post‑operative recovery
Pain, fatigue, and discomfort
Serious illnesses (as a complementary therapy)
Reiki is often used alongside conventional medical care. It may help reduce the negative effects of treatments such as chemotherapy, ease post‑operative pain, support emotional well being, and encourage faster healing.
While some people experience profound improvements, Reiki does not replace medical treatment — but it can beautifully complement it.
Absolutely. Reiki works in harmony with all other forms of healing, including:
Medical treatment
Psychological therapy
Medication
Surgery
Other complementary therapies
If you have a medical or psychological condition, it is recommended that you continue seeing your licensed healthcare professional while receiving Reiki.
