 PLATFORM SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION

BRISKO operates under a verified developer identity. We maintain strict accountability for the platform's safety to prevent fraud and financial scams.

Data Encryption: All sensitive information, including your phone number and location data, is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS). We do not store raw payment card data; all financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your OTP (One-Time Password) with anyone. BRISKO staff will never ask for your OTP or password over a phone call or email.

Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify BRISKO immediately at briskofooddeliveryapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.

Prohibited Activities: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or inject malicious code into the BRISKO platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

DATA DELETION RIGHTS

Right to be Forgotten: In compliance with India’s 2026 Data Protection laws, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data. You can do this through the "Settings" menu in the app or by emailing our support team.
