BRISKO (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a digital food-delivery marketplace connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners through its mobile application and website (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data.

BRISKO is a registered E-commerce Food Business Operator (FBO) under FSSAI License No: 21226049000009 As an intermediary platform, we display the FSSAI license numbers provided by our Restaurant Partners on their respective menu pages. The primary responsibility for food safety, quality, and hygiene rests with the respective Restaurant Partner.
We use third-party services such as Firebase for authentication, push notifications, analytics, and backend services, and Google Maps SDK for location services and razorpay for payment processing.

BRISKO uses the following third-party services to operate and improve the app:

By accessing or using the BRISKO platform, including the mobile application and website, you explicitly provide informed, specific, and unambiguous consent for BRISKO to collect, use, store, and process your personal data (including contact information, delivery address, GPS location, and transaction details) for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, payment processing, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and related purposes.

PURPOSE LIMITATION AND DATA MINIMIZATION
BRISKO collects and uses only the minimal personal data necessary to provide, improve, and secure its services. Your data is processed solely for defined purposes such as order processing, delivery coordination, payment completion, and customer support. We do not use your personal data for unrelated commercial purposes.

DATA DELETION:
Account Deletion & Data Erasure
Users have the right to delete their account and all associated personal data. You can request account deletion directly through the 'Delete Account' feature within the App Settings or by emailing our support team at briskofooddeliveryapp@gmail.com. Once requested, we will purge your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as invoices for tax and audit purposes).
How We Use Your Data
LIVE LOCATION TRACKING
BRISKO collects the location to assign deliveries and show real-time tracking
For Customers: Brisko collects location data only when the app is in the foreground (active use) to identify your delivery address and show you nearby restaurants.
For Delivery Partners: Brisko collects precise location data, including in the background (when the app is closed or not in use), to enable real-time order tracking for customers and to assign new delivery tasks.
For Restaurant Partners: Location data is collected only while the app is in use to verify the outlet address. We do not track restaurant locations in the background.
Data is used to:
• Process and deliver orders
• Google signin receipts and service notifications
• Handle refunds & customer support
• Improve platform performance
• Fulfil legal obligations
Payments
BRISKO uses secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process online transactions. BRISKO does not store debit/credit card, UPI, or banking credentials.
All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay Payments Services Pvt. Ltd.
UPI transactions may be completed using third-party UPI applications such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM, and are securely processed through Razorpay.
Location permissions are used only during active orders for delivery assignment and live tracking. Users may disable location permissions in their device settings, but delivery accuracy may be affected.
This background location data is used solely for the purpose of order assignment and live tracking, and is not used for any other purpose or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Information Collected and Purpose:
We collect the following data types to provide, secure, and improve the Brisko experience:
Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address are collected to create your account and contact you regarding your orders.
Delivery Information: Your physical Delivery Address is collected to facilitate the delivery of food by our partners.
Precise Location (GPS): We collect precise location data to show you nearby restaurants and provide real-time tracking of your delivery.
Transaction Data: Order history and transaction details are stored to manage your past orders, handle refunds, and for tax/legal compliance.
Technical Data: IP Address and Device Identifiers are collected automatically for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and to ensure app stability.
* Usage Data: App interactions and analytics help us understand how users use the app so we can improve the service.
DATA SHARING AMONG STAKEHOLDERS
To ensure a seamless food delivery experience, BRISKO facilitates the sharing of specific information between the three parties involved in an order:
1. Data Shared with Restaurant Partners:
From Customers: We share the customer’s Name, Delivery Address, and Order Details so the restaurant can prepare the food correctly. Note: Customer phone numbers are only shared if the customer provides explicit consent for order-related queries or promotional updates.
From Delivery Partners: We share the delivery partner’s Name and current GPS location with the restaurant to coordinate the pickup of the food.
2. Data Shared with Delivery Partners:
From Customers: We share the customer’s Name, Delivery Address, and Phone Number to enable the delivery partner to navigate to your location and contact you if they cannot find the address.
From Restaurants: We share the Restaurant Name and Pickup Address so the delivery partner knows where to collect the order.
3. Data Shared with Customers:
From Delivery Partners: We share the delivery partner’s Name, Photo, and Live GPS Location so the customer can track the progress of their delivery in real-time.
From Restaurants: We share the restaurant’s Name, Address, and FSSAI License details to ensure transparency and food safety compliance.
“We do not sell personal data.” We share precise location data only as necessary for order delivery and live tracking during active orders.
Data Retention
User data is retained only as long as necessary for order fulfillment, legal, tax and regulatory purposes.
Order and invoice records may be retained for up to 8 years for tax and legal compliance.
Children’s Privacy
Age Restriction
BRISKO is intended strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older.
If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18 years of age,
we will immediately suspend and permanently delete the account and all associated personal data.
BRISKO does not offer services to children and does not seek or require parental consent,
as minors are not permitted to use the platform.
The information collected will be used solely to facilitate the requested service and will not be used to create a user profile for the Minor or for any marketing, profiling, or other secondary purposes. You are responsible for any information you provide about a Minor. If we become aware that personal information of a Minor has been provided without the requisite and valid parental or guardian consent, we reserve the right to delete such information immediately.

Users may withdraw consent and request deletion of their personal data by:

Verification:
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify identity using registered email or phone number.
Processing Time:
• Account data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days of verification.
• Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days for security and recovery purposes.
• Data required for legal or tax compliance (such as invoices) will be retained as mandated by law.
Once deletion is complete, the account cannot be restored.

Location Information
We collect restaurant location data only while the app is in use. This is used to verify the restaurant address and to display the restaurant location to customers. We do not collect background location data from restaurants.

Information may be shared with customers, payment partners and government authorities only when legally required. We do not sell restaurant data to third parties.

BRISKO implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
• All data transmitted between the app and servers is protected using HTTPS with TLS encryption.
• Sensitive data stored on servers is encrypted at rest.

• Administrative access is limited and monitored to prevent unauthorized use.
