Konstella Quick Guide

What is Konstella?

Konstella is a community app that can be accessed either via mobile app or their website. Konstella is where the PTA will post specific announcements, PTA-run community events, Room Lead events and volunteer sign-up requests. Events will frequently link from the weekly Blast (PTA newsletter) directly to Konstella.

How do I start? 

• First, either download the free app or visit their website.

• Then select the ‘Find Your School’ tab.

• Enter ‘Bridger Creative Science School’ (it should automatically appear).

• To register, you will be prompted to fill out bio/contact information.

• Once your profile is created, it will be sent to admin for approval.

• You will then receive an email invitation to officially join.

Join a Classroom

• Web: Click your name at the top left corner. Click “Your Children” to add/modify the names of your children.

• Mobile: Click the Settings icon at the top left corner. Click “Your Children.”

Join a Committee

• Web: Click the green “Committees” link on the left-hand menu to browse the committees. Click into a committee and sign up or remove yourself.

• Mobile (*Supported on iOS, not on Android*): Click the “Directory” tab at the bottom. Click “Browse Committees” to browse and sign up for a committee.

Send a Message to Individual or Group

• Web: Click the “+” sign right next to the “Messages” label on the left-hand menu.

• Mobile: On the “Messages” tab, click the “+” at the top right corner. Choose “Send a Private Message.”

Summary of the Mobile App Tabs

• School Tab: Shows the announcements, events and sign-ups.

• Messages Tab: Shows the groups you are in and the messages.

• Directory Tab: Allows you to look up parents and Social Groups.

• Settings Icon: Shows personal account settings, contact information, etc.
