One of the key goals of the BCSS PTA is to support our school’s dedicated teachers and staff, and help classrooms thrive. A significant portion of our yearly PTA funds are allocated directly to teachers for purchasing essential school and enrichment supplies. While many of you are already familiar with this process, we believe it’s important to provide an annual reminder and guidance on how to make the most of these funds.
Please note, BEFORE planning reimbursement for a purchase, ensure you have prior approval from the PTA. If using your teacher funds, and need to confirm your balance contact the Treasurer at PTATreasurer@bridgercreativescience.org.
Steps for reimbursement
Make a purchase: Buy the materials you need and keep the original purchase receipt. (Receipts submitted from
Amazon must include the ORIGINAL INVOICE. Delivery receipts will not be accepted.)
Itemize receipts:
Circle or highlight the items
Write the total amount requested for the reimbursement on each store receipt
Submit for Reimbursement:
Fill out a PTA Reimbursement Form (shown below)
Attach your receipt(s) to it
Place completed forms with receipts into the Treasurer folder in the PTA mailbox OR email your completed form with a CLEAR copy of your receipt(s) to the PTA Treasurer at ptatreasurer@bridgercreativescience.org
