Botany & Science Club

In the fall of 2024, BCSS was awarded a $10,000 grant from the Portland Clean Energy Community Fund to implement student lead climate projects at our school. During the entire 2024/25 school year students learned about pollinator gardens, and built their own. Hosted school wide assemblies for OMSI, learned about Native Trees from an arborists, created murals out of recycled materials - and so much more!

BCSS is lucky enough to participate in this funding program option for the next four years!
