- Employee to complete Manager Information Form prior to Onboarding Day.
- Senior Manager will enter new manager into ADP and work with them to complete registration
- SM will be sure to adjust their access level to align with what is needed for their position.
- SM will ensure the new manager can login and do a quick demo of where they can find useful tools and walk through how to navigate their employees’ information.
- SM will make sure the new manager sees and understands their benefits process they have 45 days!
- SM will complete section 2 of the I9
