is used for reservation maintenance in all locations. All managers should be aware of how to make/adjust/ or cancel reservations.

Hot Schedules 

is a web-based employee scheduler that is an incredible tool if used properly.

You can import employee availability, manage request offs. Hot Schedules also allows the employees to switch shifts or message each other or you! 

This should make writing your schedule more accurate, more efficient and easier to write. You will also see the Labor $ amount after your schedule has been written to make sure it is in line with the budgets.

ADP - WorkforceNow

is a web-based platform that we use for payroll services, storage of employee and HR documents. 

Each employee has their own individual login, and can easily change their tax or personal information, print financial documents such as W2’s or pay stubs, and receive messages. 

The team also uses ADP to request and track sick days, and managers use it to request vacation and sick time.

Aloha 

is our  POS System. Creating buttons, 86ing items, adjusting employee punches, and pulling reports at the end of the night are all procedures you will do on a daily basis, so understanding how to do these back-office functions is very important. 

You should also know how to start a table, ring in items to correct seat numbers, and do comps, voids, and payments.

NCR Pulse

is our real-time app used to keep an eye on Sales and Labor from anywhere on your phone. 

Bevager 

is used for our beverage inventory, purchasing and invoice management.

is used by our Events team to coordinate and compile BEOs for all private events within the group.
