From an HR standpoint there are many different ways that the HR team can provide resources to employees. Some of these could include situations that require a leave of absence or accommodation for the employee.
As an employer we are responsible for letting our employees know what resources are offered to them in terms of support for specific life events, as a management team we ask that you alert the HR team if any of the following are brought to your attention regarding an employee at your restaurant.
Managers at each restaurant are NOT responsible for determining eligibility for each employee or explaining benefits, we simply ask that if something is brought to your attention please pass along the information to hr@bokagrp.com
At a time where stress, uncertainty, and isolation in our world are at an all-time high, we feel that it’s so important to take this time as a company to do a better job of focusing on our appreciation of all your hard work and talent, provide even more opportunities for education and professional development, and continue to find ways to safely build connection with each other. With this commitment in mind, we are excited to introduce a new company-wide initiative called “BRG Connects” as an extension to our BRG Community platform.
On October 26th at 9 AM, we will have an amazing group of Boka Restaurant Group team members, selected to represent a wide range of tenure, positions, and experiences to speak on their reflections and perspectives about the work we do in this industry with the overarching theme “Connected.” - https://www.bokagrp.com/welcome
