Sign up for Duolingo -
If you are going to be in 4th year, or Spanish 7/8 next year (18-19), click on this link and sign up for Duolingo for the summer. You don't want to lose your language skill by doing nothing for the next several months. So, every 15 days you will need to complete 75 XP points (30 minutes of work). Your due dates are 6/15, 7/1,7/15, 8/1, and 8/15. Download the app on your phone or work on it on your computer. It is easy and fun! Any extra work you do will count for extra credit! A few notes of help:
Make sure that when you sign up, you use your best, most common email address to create an account. Probably the email address you can get on your phone will work best. You can but don't have to use your district email. If you forget your password or username and can't retrieve it, you will have to start all over.
Your username and profile name have to be your full name. If they aren't, I won't know who to give credit to (i.e. soccergirl22 is not in my gradebook).
If you are given the opportunity to do the "placement test", I would do it. It will help you get started in the right spot. If you don't get that, sometimes you can login on a computer browser, not your phone, and then open a new tab and google search for the duolingo placement exam and it will allow you to take it.
