The Management Doctoral Student Association is an organization to connect doctoral students of color within human resources, organizational behavioral, and business strategy. Each year the MDSA hosts a conference alongside the Academy of Management conference.

· Assist in the planning of networking events for members virtually throughout the year as well as at the conference so that members have access to top faculty for advice, letters of recommendation, psychological safety, and other facets of social capital
