The following outlines our rules for receiving visitors at our premises. We aim to ensure that visitors will not pose threats to our premises and property, distract employees from their work, and be exposed to danger.
A) General Rules
The following shall apply to all personal visitors, contractors and vendors, and other kinds of visitors
Visitors must sign in at the front-office, show and surrender their identification (ID) card. The ID shall then be given back to the visitor upon leaving the premises.
Visitors are only allowed during working hours.
The internal network of the company is intended for work purposes ONLY and shall NOT be available to visitors or guests.
Employees must always tend to their visitors while they are inside the premises and the visitors shall ONLY be allowed within common areas, unless their presence in certain restricted areas is necessary or part of business operations.
B) Solicitation
Visitors must not proselytize employees, gather donations, or request participation in activities while on our premises. Violators shall be escorted out.
Visitors who intend to proselytize employees, gather donations, or request participation in activities shall NOT be allowed entry.
C) Deliveries
Work-Related
Agents or couriers delivering item/s for work-related purposes may be allowed entry, provided that such item/s require specialized tools for transport (e.g. flat push-cart or trolley). Otherwise, the recipient or authorized receiver shall hand-carry the item/s from the lobby, reception, or front-desk area.
Personal
a. Deliveries for personal consumption are NOT allowed. Always remember that the office is a place of work.
b. Agents or couriers delivering food items are likewise NOT allowed entry. The recipient of the ordered food items MUST make his/her way to the lobby, reception, or front-desk area to claim the delivery.
Non-compliance shall be tantamount to INSUBORDINATION and NEGLECT OF DUTY.
