Government-Mandated Benefits
Social Security System (SSS) includes maternity pay, sickness pay, pensions, disability benefits, salary loan, life insurance, and funeral grants;
Health insurance under PhilHealth;
Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), otherwise known as Pag-IBIG fund. It offers financial assistance for employees to afford a decent residence;
Work hours, weekly rest days, and public holidays;
13th-month pay entitlement as per Presidential Decree No. 851;
Five (5) Service Incentive Leave (SIL) annually upon reaching the 1st year of employment.
This statutory benefit is made part of an existing leave credit granting program.
Statutory Leaves such as, but are not limited to, maternity leave, paternity leave, solo parent leave, violence against women and their children (VAWC) leave, etc.;
Retirement pay is subject to the rules and regulations of the Labor Law of the Philippines (if/when applicable); and
Such other benefits mandated by the Philippine Law.
Company-Initiated Privileges
Competitive and above minimum salary package;
Paid short breaks;
Hybrid work arrangement;
Healthcare coverage (HMO) upon regularization;
Annual bonuses, incentives, or commissions;
Annual leave credits upon regularization;
a. 10 Vacation Leave Credits; and
b. 10 Sick Leave Credits.
Monetization applies in accordance with Company policies.
Company equipment afforded to select employees or as deemed necessary by the management;
Company-afforded snacks, coffee, and leisure/recreational facilities; and
Other Incentivized activities that the Company may subsequently implement.
Reservations
The Company-initiated privileges shall not ripen into a Company practice and shall not be demanded as a matter of right. Thus, they may be revoked, abolished, amended, or modified at any time as the Company may deem necessary and depending further on its financial health.
Moreover, as a general rule, the foregoing Company-initiated privileges afforded to employees or may subsequently be implemented by the Company shall only have a prospective effect and shall not be applied retroactively, unless specified otherwise.
