A.) Clean as You Go (CLAYGO)
All employees and interns must clean their workspaces and common areas immediately after use to maintain a tidy office environment.
B.) No Cooking
Cooking in the office is strictly prohibited to avoid food odors in the workplace.
C.) Food Storage
Do not store perishable food in the refrigerator over weekends. All perishable items must be removed by the end of the workweek.
No leaving of food on tables after office hours to prevent attracting bugs and pests.
D.) Alcohol Consumption
Consuming alcohol in the office and during work hours is strictly prohibited.
E.) Personal Items
Do not leave shoes or slippers exposed in the office. Store them in your assigned individual lockers or pedestals.
Jackets should not be left on chairs. They should be stored in your individual lockers to keep the office tidy after work hours.
Personalized items such as photo frames are allowed on desks for staff (not interns). However, jackets or shawls should be kept in drawers, not on chairs.
Pitchers are not allowed on desks. Employees should bring their own tumblers if office glasses are insufficient.
F.) Eating Restrictions
Eating noodles or rice at desks is not allowed. Only light snacks like chips, crackers, or coffee are permitted.
G.) Common Area Conduct
During lunch in common areas, employees must practice the CLAYGO policy.
Our housekeeper is not responsible for cleaning up personal food items, glasses, or plates after meals.
H.) Area Accessibility
The Marketing and Finance area doors must remain open at all times for transparency, except during meetings or when visitors are present.
Non-compliance shall be tantamount to INSUBORDINATION and NEGLECT OF DUTY.
