SCOUTING CALENDAR FOR 2026

Term One: Begins Thurs 5th Feb - ends Thurs 2nd April

Term Two: Begins Thurs 23rd April- ends Thurs 2nd July

Term Three: Begins Thurs 23rd July - ends Thurs 24th Sept

Term Four: Begins Thurs 15th Oct – ends Thurs 10th Dec

Joeys (ages 5-8 years) from 6:00 to 7:00pm**

Cubs (ages 8-11 years) from 6:00 to 7:30pm

Scouts (ages 11-14 years) from 6:00 to 7:30pm 

Venturers (ages 14-18 years) from 6:00 to 7:30pm

See you all on Thursday nights!!!

** Our Joey mob is currently in recess, due to low numbers.

1st Braidwood Scout Group was first registered in 1928, however there is evidence that the League of Boy Scouts was formed in the area in 1918.

In 2016 the group was reformed, and has been growing ever since.

In 2018 the group celebrated it's official 90th and unofficial 100th birthday on Saturday 19th May.

1st Braidwood Scout Group currently has youth members in Cubs, Scouts and Venturers.
