Highlights: Cybersecurity and Academic Symposium
Through Rize Education, I learned key frameworks such as NIST and combined vulnerability assessment with data visualization benchmarks and tools such as Splunk. The unique, hands-on use of Cybersecurity frameworks and tools provides applicable assessment and analysis practice.
Utilizing an entire semester of learning, the Incident Analysis Report provided me the opportunity to analyze, examine, report, and present a post-incident breach breakdown to an artificial company. The project required the use of log analysis tools such as CoCalc, frameworks such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK, and important soft skills and technical translation.
Given the opportunity to present at Marian University's 19th Annual Academic Symposium, I shared a piece about Alberta Separation, which connected the basic pros and cons of democracy to the Symposium's overall topic of Authoritarianism and Democracy.
